RETURN & REFUND POLICY
THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL RETURNS.

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 3 days of the delivery date for a refund
To receive a refund the products can’t be open from it’s original packaging, customer will have 3 days to return the products from the time it was received.. We don’t accept use cream, lotions, oil and soap for sanitation purposes! Due to covid 19 your purchase is final if customer open the products no refund will be issued…
You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a refund. All item(s) should be returned in their original product packaging.
All items returned for refund must be in salable condition, unworn, undamaged, unopened and in the original net and undamaged packaging with tags still attached. Merchandise will be inspected upon arrival and if ineligible for refund it will be returned to the customer’s own expense.
We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return item(s) is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc..).
All returns subject to 70% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
No return(s) are accepted after 3 days of delivery date.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault
All clearance items are non-returnable.
If customer refuses package(s) or the package(s) returned due to a failed delivery, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the returning shipping costs.
All New York residents are required to pay taxes
If your shipping and billing address is different than you may be contacted to verify your order
If your order contains an item that is not currently in stock, you will be notified of any delay beyond 2 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays)
If you are returning a product you must have RMA number provided by our customer service. Any return(s) without RMA number will not be honored
If return item(s) are damaged or not in new condition or have no RMA number, we will either refuse the item(s) or send item(s) back to you (customer is responsible for the shipping charges)
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless special instruction is given
Transit time varies depending on destination location. Estimated delivery time is typically within 3 business days.
We are unable to provide any additional documentation to local customs beyond what is already provided with the package
Once the package(s) leaves our facility we have no control over the package(s) delivery route or delivery confirmation
All orders are subject to local fees, taxes duties and customs. We do not cover these charges and the charges may be significant so check with your local customs office. Charges are not included in the shipping costs.
